They explained very clearly what the root problem was how much the actual costs were how severe the issues were and what could be done to remedy the issue. Their service comes across as genuine and authentic. I felt like I knew them for ages and our relationship had been since I owned my car. I was very pleased with the outcome of my car repair and would recommend them to anyone who has had it with their dealership service experiences.
