We turned to FAS out of desperation - got tired of paying high repair costs at the dealership. We own a BMW. It runs well, however it must be maintained - just like any other vehicle, right! It runs well because we finally found someone who knows how to fix the car. We made the mistake to take it to a couple of other 'competitors'/national brands and boy was that a mistake. My husband and I feel comfortable calling Carlos, or anyone else at the shop and asking them what could be novice/silly questions. They answer them each and every time. I like their no BS policy. I don't know much about cars, outside of driving them, but I know when maintenance is due and when someone is trying to pull my leg. These guys know what they are doing and they'll give it to you straight. A plus for me is that they too drive a foreign vehicle ... so yes, they know what they are dealing with. Thanks for taking care of our only mode of transportation! AND, for giving it to us straight!

Scott knows me and how much I liked my old Volvo. Still he was very upfront about the risks of new repair needs after the current need and gave me good advice on replacement car brands once I had decided not to repair my old car any longer.

check engine light had come on. They diagnosed the problem- which turned out ot be exactly what my husband thought it was-and fixed it.

The guys were awesome. They met all of my motorcycle needs and went outside of their comfort zone to provide amazing customer service.

Each time I've had my car at FAS customer service repairs were excellent. I've never had an issue after having my car worked on there. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repair.
