These guys are AWESOME! Why? -Extremely pleasant people to deal with. Family owned business who really care. They allowed me to borrow the family vehicle since I needed to get to work and they did not have a loaner available. Wow! -Prices are very reasonable. I went to another nearby shop (not a dealer) first and decided to go for a second opinion. So happy that I did. I saved ALOT of money. -The inspection reports are really cool. They send you an email that includes a detailed report of what is recommended for repair, a picture from your vehicle that shows what is wrong, reason why it should be repaired, and criticality of the repair. This helps you to make informed decisions about what must be done now and what can wait. -Fast turnaround. They had my car diagnosed and repaired in 24 hours. And, this was not a simple repair... -Free "Executive Membership" provides nice benefits like a free car wash. It really was nice to come pick up my car to have her all nice and cleaned up. I am so happy to find a shop that I can trust with my BMW. Thanks guys. -Matt

The guys at Foreign Auto Services are wonderful professionals to work with. As a woman it is always a little intimidating to talk "car repair", and there is a little underlying fear that my lack of knowledge will result in being over charged. I can assure you that has never happened to me here and Scott has always taken extra time with me to insure that I have a complete understanding of their recommendations. Great customer service. They have been doing a great job at servicing my cars for a decade. The new waiting room is convenient with FREE and secure WiFi access.

Forgein Auto Service (FAS) has been serving my family and our cars for the last twenty nine (29) years. Originally I had a Mercedes and Honda; since then we have cycled through another Mercedes and Honda as well an Infinity, Toyota, Lexus, VW, BMW and Mini. All our older cars have had over 120K miles and the Mercedes is now forty five (45) years old and running better than in 1986. Throughout that time the Infanti family has delivered the highest of quality service at reasonable prices. Recently, I referred a friend to Forgein Auto Service and he was pleasantly surprised to find that his repair bill was less than a third of the dealer’s price. If you live or work near Rt. 50 & Rt. 28, or the Dulles or Chantilly area; a high quality auto repair shop has entered your market and FAS’s customer’s from the Fairfax Circle area now have a longer drive.

Fair and quality work. I've used FAS for years and wouldn't trust my cars/SUVs to anyone else. The new shop is great with plenty of parking and great work shop inside the garage.

I found the customer service friendly, cooperative, and helpful. The facilities are clean, bright, and utilitarian with the computer stations particularly helpful (wi0fi). Much work accomplished while waiting. But most of all the service is timely and trustworthy.
