I made a wheel alignment appointment for the following morning and they were able to schedule it via online chat with no problem. During the alignment they kept me informed of their progress and they also explained their work thoroughly. Their pricing was fair and the car drives beautifully again.

They also give good advice as to what needs attention immediately or what could wait if the vehicle requires extensive maintenance. I have found Mr. Hays to always be very professional and courteous and willing to explain to me why certain things may be needed. This is much appreciated and helps me to understand the mechanics of my vehicle just a little better
