Carlos and his team are awesome. They did a clear overview of my car - emailed pictures of issues that would need to be addressed in the future - which is awesome to actually be able to plan for it! I was able to get in and out quickly!! They also were able to identify and fix an issue that another place wasn't able to find! Priced very reasonable! We are already schedule for our next appointment! I highly recommend Foreign Auto Services!!

I've been taking my MINI Cooper to this shop for a few months now and I love this place! They have the best customer service. Carlos and Mike are very friendly and informative.They are quick with follow-up calls. I also like their detail reports about the issues with my car and the next steps. The prices for services are reasonable. I definitely recommend this auto shop!

Excellent service. The associates, particularly Steven and Carlos, are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Carlos took the time to answer all of my questions, and Steven did wonderful work fixing my car, even taking the time to show me exactly what was wrong with it. The staff there are competent. They do good work. When they say something on the car needs to be fixed, it actually does. Upsells are kept to a minimum here, and their labor rates are pretty reasonable for the area (rent anywhere in NoVA is not cheap). They do have quite the markup on parts, though, so watch for that; there's definitely wiggle room there.
