Mr. Zhang, I am confused with the negative review you left my business. When you called yesterday, we offered to schedule you and even sent you an estimate for the service. You declined to schedule the appointment with my advisor and instead left this review. Since your last visit we have made a couple changes to our business. The first is an automated online scheduler which makes it much easier to schedule an appointment. The other is we changed our Groupon policy for oil services to just one per customer to try our services. Your last visit was in February and we did an oil service. That service with the tire rotation and digital inspection took an hour and a half. We provide a very thorough service which takes about that amount of time for the average car. This is why I am confused with the wording of your review. I do not understand where the 3-4 hrs is coming from or the project you said you didn't write. I am sure there must be some sort of misunderstanding. I am available Mon - Friday from 7:30 to 6:00 to discuss and clear things up. Thanks, Management
