Highly recommend. That you can have frank discussions about triaging what needs to be done at a particular point in time and what can be put off until the next visit in order to manage cost. Honesty is also important, and, on this particular visit, I was gratified that after I agreed to a recommended alignment, when the personnel later found that I didn't need an alignment because one of the sensors wasn't fully engaged, the service was not done and I was not charged. I would imagine that another place would just have gone through the motions and charged me still.

Avoid! The shop charges too much per hour, I recommend you go to GT PEACE instead! You will save money and work with actually friendly people. The manager got very aggressive with me when I simply questioned him about the work done to my car. They did not fix anything and ended up breaking down my car even more. To make a long story short just simply do not go here! I told all my friends and family to avoid and I'm warning you too! I opened a complaint with the consumer protection agency too! Horrible horrible horrible service.

Celso, I had to look in my computer to see when you were in last because I know some time had passed since your last visit. I guess I am confused on your review and will try to respond to you to the best of my ability since the details are not fresh. First, if you have an issue with my business my advice would be to keep it to my business and not plug a local competitor – it gives your review more credibility and doesn’t make it look like you have an ulterior motive. Second, I was in the lobby when you came in to “simply question” the work you had done. You started making a scene when Mike asked you to step outside to discuss since we had customers in the lobby. I heard you refuse saying, and I’m paraphrasing, “I don’t have to go outside” and that’s when I stepped in and asked for you to give me a minute to finish with a customer. If this is the “aggressive” behavior you are referring to then we have differing opinions to the definition of aggressive. Third, your car came in twice this year. The first time we replaced and programmed a footwell module and the second time we replaced the radiator that was leaking. Both repairs fixed the problems that you had so I’m not sure what you are referring to when you say we didn’t repair anything. Lastly, you said we charge too much an hour. You brought us an aftermarket warranty company that you had purchased for your car. Unfortunately, they did not cover your repairs 100% which means you were responsible for the balance, which means you didn’t pay full retail on your repairs, you only paid the portion that your warranty company would not cover. I’m sorry that your felt your experience was not up to par and appreciate you leaving us feedback. Over the years I worked worked at many auto repair shops. I'm currently working at Foreign auto services and this is where I want to retire. Repairs on my Lexus were 30% lower than what Pohanka quoted me. Mike was professional and reviewed all repairs that were needed. He explained that they have a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. I've never heard of anything like that. I will continue to not only keep coming back with my car, but recommend others in my family to do the same.

We trust them which is a hard thing for us in regards to auto repair shops.

Don't bother with these guys. I read great reviews on Google, but they mislead me into buying a lemon, that I cannot return. They did not see all the safety defects that were completely obvious if inspected correctly. Rusted out holes in the floorboards, wheels are dry rotting, engine misfires, seatbelts malfunctioning, muffler leaks, to name a few, even the radiator fan assembly was loose/damaged. They told me to change the engine coil, which I did, and that didn't solve the missfires. Thank you for the waste of $125 and the loss of $5,200.

Hi Euge, Unfortunately, there seems to be some confusion regarding our previous communication regarding your recent visit and pre-purchase inspection on your 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I would like to address what we see as inconsistencies in your review. We would not like to get into the “he said she says” back and forth; however, our pre-purchase inspection is very detailed as well as being digital so that we can email you the results. We have documentation that the digital pre-purchase inspection performed on your vehicle was sent to your email on February 7th 2017 (the date of your visit). If for some reason you did not receive this, we are happy to resend it for your records. All of the issues that you mentioned in your review were addressed in detail, with the exception of the engine misfires, as this was not occurring at the time of visit. In addition to the aforementioned report that was emailed, we also discussed our findings with you when you picked up the vehicle. Hence, my bewilderment by your negative review stating otherwise. My apologies that you feel that you were misled into buying this vehicle, but in no way did we ever recommend the purchase of this vehicle or misrepresent the many safety concerns associated with it.
