I have been going to Foreign Auto Services for over a year and I couldn't be more happy with their professionalism and customer service. Whenever you move to a new location it's always stressful finding a new auto shop. Foreign Auto Services has taken my stress level down to zero. Whenever I need my car repaired I take it to them and I know they will give me the best price for the service that I need. I trust the team at Foreign Auto Service and I know when you use them you will feel the same way.

Exceptional. My initial service was exceptional. I felt more assured of the auto repair process with detailed e-mail review and verbal discussion with Carlos.

These guys have been earning my business big time, to the point where this is the ONLY shop where I'll consider taking my Audi and feel actually good about it! Everything is amazing about this place; customer service, workmanship, professionalism and I'm sure you'll appreciate that so far they seem to be HONEST and fair with their pricing. That last one is such a rarity in repair shops so needless to say, it's super refreshing to have found a place with this much integrity in their dealing with their customers. Nothing about telling you you need to fix things that you don't have to, no upselling, no reinstalling old parts and telling you they put new ones in. Trust me, I've checked their work after I've left. That's what keeps me coming back and why they're soo busy all the time because I'm sure others have noticed the same. They don't have to lie because by doing business the right way they actually hey more business. Note - Ask for Carlos when you call, he is above and beyond the absolute best shop manager I've met. I don't normally take time to write these type of reviews, but this place has earned it. Definitely go here!

Recommend. I had a very good visit. Customer service is top-notch and personal. I felt like my vehicle was being taken care of by somebody that cared as much about it as I do. I will recommend to all of my friends and I will return for maintenance on all of my vehicles.

Very satisifed. For Mercedes-Benz maintenance, Foreign Auto Services quality is the same as the dealer. If your Mercedes is out of warranty, take it to Foreign Auto Services! They are a better value. They are maintenance advisors as well as maintenance experts. They advise and repair. They do not attempt to over maintain your Mercedes or suggest unnecessary repairs. They have integrity and will explain what has to be fixed, and what can wait to be fixed. I have trusted them with all my Mercedes Benz vehicles for almost ten years. I will go no where else.
