Avoid! The shop charges too much per hour, I recommend you go to GT PEACE instead! You will save money and work with actually friendly people. The manager got very aggressive with me when I simply questioned him about the work done to my car. They did not fix anything and ended up breaking down my car even more. To make a long story short just simply do not go here! I told all my friends and family to avoid and I'm warning you too! I opened a complaint with the consumer protection agency too! Horrible horrible horrible service.
Celso, I had to look in my computer to see when you were in last because I know some time had passed since your last visit. I guess I am confused on your review and will try to respond to you to the best of my ability since the details are not fresh. First, if you have an issue with my business my advice would be to keep it to my business and not plug a local competitor – it gives your review more credibility and doesn’t make it look like you have an ulterior motive. Second, I was in the lobby when you came in to “simply question” the work you had done. You started making a scene when Mike asked you to step outside to discuss since we had customers in the lobby. I heard you refuse saying, and I’m paraphrasing, “I don’t have to go outside” and that’s when I stepped in and asked for you to give me a minute to finish with a customer. If this is the “aggressive” behavior you are referring to then we have differing opinions to the definition of aggressive. Third, your car came in twice this year. The first time we replaced and programmed a footwell module and the second time we replaced the radiator that was leaking. Both repairs fixed the problems that you had so I’m not sure what you are referring to when you say we didn’t repair anything. Lastly, you said we charge too much an hour. You brought us an aftermarket warranty company that you had purchased for your car. Unfortunately, they did not cover your repairs 100% which means you were responsible for the balance, which means you didn’t pay full retail on your repairs, you only paid the portion that your warranty company would not cover. I’m sorry that your felt your experience was not up to par and appreciate you leaving us feedback.
