I am satisfied. Get there immediately...there is nobody better. I just had three cars serviced this week and I could not be happier. My wife's 2005 Subaru has not driven as well as it did this weekend on a 5 hour trip to NJ. My 1996 and 2003 Mercedes look brand new and drive brand new thanks to Carlos and his professional team. Love how friendly they are. I would tell them to hurry up and take their car to Foreign Auto services because they have outstanding customer services, the facilities are very clean and they keep you informed of what's going on with your vehicle from the time the start to work on it until the time that they are finished with it. The staff is friendly and they are very honest and upfront about what your car will need to have fixed. The company is very honest because I was originally quoted a price of $2400 to fix my car but once they started to take it apart they realized that it was not the original thing they suspected that was wrong with it but something very minor which they called and let me know what it was and asked me if I wanted it fixed. They could have still repaired the original thing they thought was the problem and charged me for something that I did not need repaired so instead of paying $2400 I ended up paying $1600 for my needed repairs. The company called me every day that my car was with them to let me know what was going on. I asked them to do a overall check of my vehicle and to my surprise they did it for free and found the same things wrong with it that the Mercedes dealer in Hawaii found wrong with my car and they fixed all of them for the $1600 total price which was way.... cheaper than the dealer. Then with all this good customer service and mechanical work done to my car they got a lifetime customer in me by giving me a military discount!!!!! This is my first time every..... going on line giving a company a review but I had to do it for foreign because these guys are great!! Sergant Major Seawright

Take a second and imagine everything you would ever want from an auto services shop. This is it. I am a first time customer as of a few weeks ago, and I remember after picking up my car and the great experience mentioning to Carlos, "I saw the reviews online before coming here, and I said to myself, this is too good to be true." Now I understand why. I won't go on complementing the quality of the work, the communication, the customer service, or the cost. Go see for yourself. They have formally won me over as customer.
