What I like best about this place is that it has a nice balance of small-shop personalization (i.e. Eric is always there to talk to and get updates and recommendations from) and bigger-shop technology integration (i.e. text updates with email/online docs and pictures of the state of my car). I haven't had a complaint yet on the quality of the work they've done on my car, and Eric is very clear, explanatory, and to-the-point when giving quotes. I also appreciate that they're honest about their prices--they're not the cheapest place, but they also don't try to drive down their quotes, or get too pushy about not letting you choose where you want to go. They've got a solid warranty, so I guess they're pretty confident with that!
