NEVER GO THERE. Pathetic customer service. WORST EXPERIENCE. Would have given zero stars if there was an option. Here is my experience. Went there for 85k yearly maintainance for my audi q5. I was told by Rick, it will cost 370 plus tax which i paid when i went for picking up the car. Immediately after payment , i saw a coupon on the desk where it is mentioned that costco customers get a 15% off. I told Rick i am a member of costco so can i get the discount? He said, its already processed and he do want to redo the ticket as it costs him money to reverse the transaction. I asked him I can pay whatever it costs to reverse it as i could save $50 plus with the coupon. He did not want to do that either because it already went through. I dont know how in the world can a service provider does not know how to reverse a transaction and does not want to do it because it cost money for him. I cannot imagine someone providing a service telling me this. Woudl bever go back to them .
Mr. Marri, I’m sorry you feel that your service experience was what you describe to be “pathetic”. I personally worked on your car and did a very thorough inspection on your Audi. I’m sure you received our email with the report and the attached pictures detailing all the issues that have been neglected on your vehicle. I listened as Eric carefully explained everything I had seen on your car and at no point was he rude and not polite. You authorized the service which came to $385 and we completed the job in a timely fashion. These are the facts and I assume you are not disputing them? So, I can clarify on your “WORST EXPERIENCE” comment. You came in and paid the bill, but as my Manager (Eric) went to the back office to get your invoice you went into his desk and pulled a Costco discount sheet that an earlier customer had brought in. What you didn’t mention is that our customer had gone to Costco’s website and printed an authorization number to use the discount. On top of that, they had brought the discount in and the time of service, not after. If you would have taken the time to read how Costco’s Auto Program works you would have seen that it clearly states “not applicable to prior services, parts or work. I assume this is the point that your “worst experience” happened. Costco’s Auto Program: Here’s how it works: 1. Print your benefits coupon. 2. Call to set up an appointment and get an estimate for service. 3. Present the coupon and your Costco membership card to the parts or service representative at the time you authorize the service. *15% discount only applies to work done at participating service centers, not Costco Tire Centers. It cannot be used toward the purchase of air bags, oil changes, tires, state-mandated vehicle inspections or be combined with other promotions or offers. Not applicable to 1) prior services, parts or work; 2) items covered by a vehicle’s warranty or insurance policy; 3) or at the time of vehicle purchase or lease. Not all Costco Auto Program dealerships currently participate in this benefit. Maximum savings per coupon: $500. Costco member must pay sales tax and tax is charged on the purchase amount prior to discount where required. Mr. Marri, we were very professional in our entire dealing with you, but because you did not follow the proper protocol to receive the discount you and your wife (who wrote a separate review) took it upon yourselves to slam a family run business of more than 40 years’ simply to try and hurt us. If you did your research on us before you came in you would have seen through out the internet that we are one of the oldest and highest rated auto repair business in the area. I want you to know that I flagged yours and your wife’s review with Google as inappropriate, with the singular purpose to hurt and damage the reputation of our business. Hope fully, Google does the right thing and expunge your insincere review. In the end, Eric was simply following our process and I wish before you wrote this baseless review you would have come to me to discuss. Feel free to give me a call if you would like a better clarification on this matter. Carlos Infante Foreign Auto Services
