Eric and has team provided the correct services on my vehicle after being over-quoted by a local NOVA Acura dealership. Found them based on other Google reviews and recently had my 80,000+ mile 2009 Acura MDX inspected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. - Inspection: Gave an assessment WITH pictures of all key components and any potential repair items. Classified them in terms of severity. - Repair: Presented a reasonable price for a repair. When picking up the vehicle, was told all the repair items weren't necessary and hence the total cost was less than anticipated. - Service-Level: Educates you on the health of your car and what options you have...versus pushing immediate repairs.

These are are awesome! They dropped me off at work (YMMV). I got a detailed description of what was wrong with my car, with PICTURES!!! I loved it. I have more work to be done and I’ll be coming here to get it done. Even though I am in Herndon, this is going to be the place I go from now on.

The first time visiting I received excellent customer service. I explained to Eric the issues with my car & he thoroughly reviewed each of them with me. When they showed me pictures I had a greater understanding of which parts needing repair. If I needed further explanation after I picked up my car they didn’t hesitate to go over it with me again. I have been going to Foreign Auto Service for almost two years. They are so professional, friendly and really take the time to explain repairs, etc. Eric is always upbeat and friendly. It's like you are talking to family when you are in the shop. Carlos is is also always upbeat and super friendly! He has helped me via the phone many times and has so much patience in explaining prices, etc. They truly understand the value of customer satisfaction. I love that they always send coupons and deals in the mail. If you looking for a shop that has expertise knowledge on foreign cards like BMW this is your place. Keep up the great work guys! :)
