I found Foreign Auto Services via the Costco Auto Services website. It gave me confident that Foreign Auto Services should do a good job, if Costco recommends it and has a partnership with it. I looked up Foreign Auto Service website to see where they are located. I decided to email for a quote on the work I needed to get done on my car, and then I saw the online chat. It was late in the evening, but I decided to give it a try. I started a chat, and was surprised that someone was on the other side responding. As it turned out, they pretty much work late as needed. The chat goes straight to one of their phones. I tried the chat a couple of times, late in the evening, and every time, someone responded... it was Eric or Carlos. Eric responded the next day with the quote as he said he would. I was surprised... a man of his words. I decided to give them a try since their quote was 50% of what the dealership quoted me, and their quote is in the range of repair cost suggested online. I arrived early the morning of my appointment with my co-worker who was giving me a ride to work. Foreign Auto Services has a loan but it was unavailable at the time because it was in an accident. It was raining that morning. It was so nice that Eric decided to open 5 mins early so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer in the rain. I really appreciate that. That afternoon, after driving my car off, Eric called with a few recommended services. I took his recommendation, and had it done. I checked with my friend who fixes is own cars, and he said that the prices are reasonable, but of course, it would be much cheaper if my friend was to do it. I prefer a trained professional to work on my car. I will definitely take my car to Foreign Auto Services again. I do get free oil change at the dealership, and I love the convenience of having a loan from the dealership if I need one. I plan on using Foreign Auto Services for things that my dealership identifies - like new brakes. It is good to know that Foreign Auto Services will be here when I need them. Oh, because I have a Costco membership, I get 15% off services, too. WOOHOO!! Thanks, Eric and Carlos!!

Hi Tilly, The Live Chat feature is a great tool and as long as the phone is with me I always answer. I came across Foreign Auto Services 6 months ago, and all comings were for the regular maintenance. I read positive reviews from Yelp and Google, then I decided to choose this place. Very welcoming and professional staff, and always show me clearly about my car issues. Status updates were provided to ensure that I was aware of the progress. I was provided the option to have the work summaries and receipts emailed, which I appreciated very much. Foreign Auto Services will be the first place I'll turn to for any future repairs!

Honest and dependable. Can't say that about most places. Love the follow-ups after a repair and the online updates of services performed. Great customer service. I've been a solid return customer for about 2 years now with my Lexus. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Even took the Chevy Silverado in for a major repair and they did an amazing job! What I like best about this place is that it has a nice balance of small-shop personalization (i.e. Eric is always there to talk to and get updates and recommendations from) and bigger-shop technology integration (i.e. text updates with email/online docs and pictures of the state of my car). I haven't had a complaint yet on the quality of the work they've done on my car, and Eric is very clear, explanatory, and to-the-point when giving quotes. I also appreciate that they're honest about their prices--they're not the cheapest place, but they also don't try to drive down their quotes, or get too pushy about not letting you choose where you want to go. They've got a solid warranty, so I guess they're pretty confident with that!

Excellent service! Had to have my suv towed to the shop so i had it towed to Foreign Auto Services where I e had my other vehicle serviced before. They’re knowledgeable and extremely fast with their service! Highly recommend

This shop is professional and honest, I would give a 10 star rating if possible! I went into the shop with an AC problem that the Dealer had estimated at $4000.00 and 7 to 10 days to get the part and repair. Foreign Auto Services did the repair for much less than HALF THAT PRICE IN TWO DAYS. They were honest, friendly and VERY professional. Carlos and Eric went above and beyond for me. I am from this point forward a loyal customer!!!

Carlos and Eric provide excellent repair service as well as top notch customer service. Once a quote is given about the repair, that's the price. No last minute phone calls that say, umm, we found this problem, too. Always a pleasure!

brought my car in for routine maintenance and Foreign Auto Services did a great job at a reasonable price. Also asked them to check my tire inflation monitor since the light would not go off. They said that my tires were fine and that to save money don't invest in changing the batteries at this time but wait until I need new tires and then pay to fix the light indicator. Very honest business. Will definitely go back for all future automotive maintenance needs.
