The first time visiting I received excellent customer service. I explained to Eric the issues with my car & he thoroughly reviewed each of them with me. When they showed me pictures I had a greater understanding of which parts needing repair. If I needed further explanation after I picked up my car they didn’t hesitate to go over it with me again. I have been going to Foreign Auto Service for almost two years. They are so professional, friendly and really take the time to explain repairs, etc. Eric is always upbeat and friendly. It's like you are talking to family when you are in the shop. Carlos is is also always upbeat and super friendly! He has helped me via the phone many times and has so much patience in explaining prices, etc. They truly understand the value of customer satisfaction. Nobody else touches our Honda. We've been customers for over eighteen years in two locations. They are very responsive, honest, and very timely on delivery.

I highly recommend these professionals. Very prompt and quick service. I came here to do a pre purchase inspection and I have never seen anything with so much detail and info. Carlos the service manager took his time to thoroughly explain each and every line and made sure you understood all of them. This shop does everything.
