First time experience with Eric and the Foreign Auto Services team was great. I made an appointment last minute online and was able to drop my car off the next morning. About two hours after dropping off my car, I received a thorough email report outlining all the details of my inspection. Each item was sorted as "Good," "Needs Future Attention," or "Needs Immediate Attention." The report provided a detail of the issue, the justification for any action, and pictures of my car specifically to show the issue in detail. Eric then called me to talk through the inspection report in greater detail. After another couple hours, I was notified that I could come pick up my car. After picking up my car, Eric talked me through the issues in person and provided guidance and insight as requested. Would highly recommend Foreign Auto Services and the team. As a non-car guy, having the inspection report prior to discussing on the phone with Eric was exactly what I wanted. Rather than having someone talk about the issues and try to explain on the phone, I was able to look at the issues and research them myself to better prepare prior to my call with Eric.

Good prices, fast service, courteous and knowledgeable personnel who did not try to oversell, modern office, automatic notifications for order status, ability to see service history online. I got an online report with pictures (!!!!) for each problem area. I am sold:)

Oil change and brake replacements. Very quick turn around time while I waited in the lobby. Love the efficiency of the work and the friendliness of the service!

First time using their services. I searched around the internet and noticed the good reviews, so I tried them out. The quality of service Foreign Auto Services provided was excellent. Great customer friendly service. Eric was upfront with everything as my car was bieng diagnosed. I had a lot questions which he answered them in great detail. The shop is very professional and I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car. I will defentiley use them again and I highly recommend them.

We had a frozen brake caliper on our 2005 Honda Accord. Quick diagnoses and repair got us back on the road in no time. Nice work!

Eric and has team provided the correct services on my vehicle after being over-quoted by a local NOVA Acura dealership. Found them based on other Google reviews and recently had my 80,000+ mile 2009 Acura MDX inspected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. - Inspection: Gave an assessment WITH pictures of all key components and any potential repair items. Classified them in terms of severity. - Repair: Presented a reasonable price for a repair. When picking up the vehicle, was told all the repair items weren't necessary and hence the total cost was less than anticipated. - Service-Level: Educates you on the health of your car and what options you have...versus pushing immediate repairs.
