First time experience with Eric and the Foreign Auto Services team was great. I made an appointment last minute online and was able to drop my car off the next morning. About two hours after dropping off my car, I received a thorough email report outlining all the details of my inspection. Each item was sorted as "Good," "Needs Future Attention," or "Needs Immediate Attention." The report provided a detail of the issue, the justification for any action, and pictures of my car specifically to show the issue in detail. Eric then called me to talk through the inspection report in greater detail. After another couple hours, I was notified that I could come pick up my car. After picking up my car, Eric talked me through the issues in person and provided guidance and insight as requested. Would highly recommend Foreign Auto Services and the team. As a non-car guy, having the inspection report prior to discussing on the phone with Eric was exactly what I wanted. Rather than having someone talk about the issues and try to explain on the phone, I was able to look at the issues and research them myself to better prepare prior to my call with Eric.
