I searched Costco for automotive discount services for location near me and Foreign Auto Services came up. Took it in to have 4 wheel alignment done on my Mercedes. Even though an inspection was not necessary because my SUV had service done at the dealership a week earlier, they checked it again and confirmed that all was well. Their price for 4 wheel alignment was much lower than it was at the dealership when I had it done last year. The car was done when they said it would. I was very impressed with the service. I will be bringing our Honda minivan van in the next time it needs an oil change and other services next time around. Once my Mercedes service contract expired, I will be bringing it there as well. Overall, I am very happy with my first time there.

I brought my Mercedes in to have a 4 wheel alignment done instead of going to Mercedes of Arlington as I did last year because they were on Costco list of auto services where I can get discount on services for being a Costco member, and they are much closer to home. Even though There 2 other cars ahead of mine, the service was done within 3 hours instead of an entire day. Their price was also about half that at the dealership. They explained all that they would do and checked and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with their service and wished that I had known about them sooner. I will be bringing my Mercedes back to them after the service warranty expire. I will also bring our Honda minivan to them moving forward for all oil change and other services as needed.

Bought a Groupon for a wheel alignment here and from the moment i called in, they were very professional and helpful. They received my vehicle at 730am and got the service done within the time promised. What i loved the most that they don't upsell services and push the clients. Their digital report is also very helpful. And I liked that they sanitize the car prior to and after service.

Extremely fast turn around, very kind and professional, Carlos is very great to work with! Had an alignment done, and went over what was needed, as well as a quick inspection on what else was wrong with the car. I extremely recommend anyone that needs work done to consider Foreign Auto Services!

Excellent service !!

Really bad customer service. I scheduled an apt. for an oil change and called before because I was running a few minutes late. When I called someone hung up in my face. I called back and the guy made up several lies such as it takes an hour to sanitize the car etc and could not complete the service. I would not recommend!
