This is the second time I brought my SUV since last year to have tires rotation, balancing, and. 4 wheels alignment done. The person I spoke to was very professional and courteous. The fee for the work completed was very reasonable. Since I’m a Costco member, I was able to download a 15% discount on parts and labors. That saving helps greatly. I highly recommend them into anyone who has foreign cars.

For me, trust is the most important aspect of the mechanic relationship and I trust them. I trust them for both issue identification and resolution - I think the right problem gets the right fix and I believe that it happens at a fair price. A clear concise lay down was provided of the services needed along pictures and a priority assignment. It made it very easy to discuss each issue. Most times, it was clear on it's own, but they were happy to answer additional questions on anything they cited if required.
