For me, trust is the most important aspect of the mechanic relationship and I trust them. I trust them for both issue identification and resolution - I think the right problem gets the right fix and I believe that it happens at a fair price. A clear concise lay down was provided of the services needed along pictures and a priority assignment. It made it very easy to discuss each issue. Most times, it was clear on it's own, but they were happy to answer additional questions on anything they cited if required.

This is a high quality shop with a high quality mechanic who inspected my car, did an alignment, oil change and tire rotation. If you want a overall quality mechanic shop, pay them a visit. I'm confident they will do the best they can by you!
