Mr. Wynn, my apologies if you believe that we did not try and help you out on your recent visit. In fact, the opposite is true. When we inspected your vehicle we found that your engine had no oil on the dip stick and it had a lot of sludge built up. Our recommendation was to add oil and run an engine cleaner followed by an oil and filter change. We asked you to drive a couple hundred miles and then to return to see the oil consumption. All this was documented with photos and descriptions attached to your report. The last thing we want to do is put engine seals in and your engine still has a smoking issue. This is why we do our due diligence and why all this was communicated to you, not because we did not want to perform the work.
