Great experience overall and quick turnaround. I called the morning of to see if there was same-day availability for safety and emissions testing. They were able to get me in and also suggested an alignment based on the inspector’s test drive. I had noticed a slight pull, but forgot to mention it so I was pleased that they caught it. Less than 4 hours from my original call, everything was completed. I was impressed with the custom services, timely response, and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on services that the dealer usually does.

Make sure to double check with the shop manager on what you are quoted for before or after you take your car in. I was told 1.5 hours and then it was 4 hours because of a mistake they overlooked on the model of my car… honest mistake? Who knows….

As soon as you left my manager made me aware of my mistake and that’s when I called you to clear things up. Always friendly and knowledgeable service. I brought my Mercedes-Benz E350 for an oil change and the car was in and out in less than an hour. The complementary coffee was good too.
