Chantilly Auto Repair

I called when they opened in the morning and explain my car problem. They let me know that they were busy and would not have time to work on my car but would be able to take a look at my car. They called and gave me a quote by 3pm and ordered the parts I needed. I was not sure since I have an older car if I wanted to repair it so I picked up my car the next morning to do a little car shopping. I decided that repairing my car would be the best options. They held the parts they ordered for my car for 3 days and when I brought my car back they completed the work and gave me a fair price for the parts/labor. I will diffidently use this shop in the future for any car repair needs and would recommend them.

My wife and I have had our vehicles serviced by this group for at least ten years. In our experience they have always guaranteed their work are always courteous and the work is always completed the same day. At one point my wife and I had two sons at home and four cars to maintain. FAS kept them all on the road. I just had 60 K service performed by them on my 2007 Subaru Forester. The car was in by 9:00 and everything was completed by 3:30. Unlike dealerships at FAS you can actually talk to the person who serviced your vehicle.

Service was completed quickly competently and on budget. Friendly staff.

I used to take my car to the dealership for service but began looking around for a more cost effective alternative. Foreign Auto Service has proven to be an excellent alternative.

Usually when you hire younger workers they do not focus on customer service and details. We were impressed with the even higher level of customer service of the staff and the quality of their work. This one place where you can trust what they say.

I had an issue with my engine running too hot and these guys were fantastic. They listened diagnosed the problem as an issue with the cooling fan ordered the part worked with me to minimize my time away from work and took care of the problem efficiently.

Just finished raving about Foreign Auto on Angie's List. These guys are great - my family has been taking our cars here for years. They're punctual friendly and (perhaps most importantly) honest. Despite the name we've been bringing all sorts of makes and models to these guys for 10+ years domestic and foreign with the same positive results.
