It seems there is a new management team at FAS...at least a new customer service team. I walked in thinking I needed an oil change an alignment check and my annual inspection. Carlos had his team check the car out and let me know all I needed was the safety inspection. Everything else was good or up to date. I walked in thinking I was going to spend over a hundred dollars. I left spending only $16. I appreciate that very much.

This shop was highly recommended and I could see why. I will recommended to others.

After getting an very high estimate for repairs from a shop the insurance company insisted we take the car to following a fender bender we asked Carlos at Foreign Auto to take a look at the car and focus on what repairs were needed simply to ensure the car was safe to operate which the other shop refused to do. He and the mechanic took the time to go over each item that needed to be addressed and each item that did not allowing us to pick and choose what we wanted to have repaired and what cosmetic issues we were willing to simply live with. As with previous repair at Foreign Auto Services we felt like we were treated with respect and dealt with honestly. We will continue to use only Foreign Auto.. Thanks JD

Carlos saved us $400 by cleaning a sensor that the BMW dealership told us would have to be replaced. Carlos warned us that cleaning it may not work and that it might have to be replaced if the check engine light came back on. 300 miles later still no check engine light and I have $400.00 in my bank that would not be there if not for Carlos. Thanks!!!!
